PREDICTING JUDICIAL PRACTICE USING AI: ADVANTAGES AND LIMITATIONS

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and limitations of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in predicting judicial practice. It discusses the necessity of accelerating court cases and increasing efficiency as a result of digital transformation. AI systems in international practice and their impact on legal decisions are analyzed with specific examples. Ethical issues, such as AI algorithms reflecting historical bias and violating the principle of proportionality, are thoroughly discussed. The legal foundations aimed at introducing AI into the judicial system in Uzbekistan are studied, and proposals related to national experience are analyzed.
