AGE follows the GICC05 time scale. To estimate changes of d18Osw of the sea surface and upper thermocline water, we used paired G. ruber and P. obliquiloculata Mg/Ca temperatures and stable isotopes and calculated the d18Osw using the equation of Bemis et al. (1998, doi:10.1029/98PA00070). The ice volume effect was corrected using the benthic d18Osw from the same core.
本数据集的年代遵循GICC05时间标尺(GICC05 time scale)。为反演海表与上层温跃层水的海水氧同位素δ¹⁸O(δ¹⁸Osw)变化,我们采用成对红拟抱球虫(Globigerinoides ruber,缩写G. ruber)与斜室普林虫(Pulleniatina obliquiloculata,缩写P. obliquiloculata)的Mg/Ca古温度及稳定同位素数据,并借助Bemis等人1998年发表的计算公式(DOI: 10.1029/98PA00070)计算得到海水δ¹⁸Osw。本研究通过同一岩芯获取的底栖有孔虫海水δ¹⁸Osw数据,校正了冰体体积效应。
