PLGA (L: G: 50:50; Mw:66 kDa; PURASORB®) were prepared in HFIP at 10% w/v concentration first. According to optical microscope investigations of these fibers PLGA solution concentration was increased to 12%w/v and 25% w/v and polymer solutions were prepared in both HFIP and mixture of chloroform: DMF (9:1 v/v) for further fiber optimization. PLGA polymer solution was prepared by stirring overnight in a tightly sealed glass vial. Electrospinning was performed on a flat aluminum collector. 22G needle gauge was used and collector-needle distance was 15 cm. Temperature range was 22-24℃ during electrospinning and humidity was 32%. Those parameters kept same as all electrospinning trials. Different polymer concentrations, solvent systems, flow rates, and applied voltages were systematically investigated to identify the optimal electrospinning conditions yielding the most favorable fiber morphology. This folder contains varied electrospinning conditions of PLGA ,their morphological evaluation and jet stability observations during electrospinning.
