The dataset comprises nutrient concentrations and nitrate isotope ratios for “bottle” samples of seawater collected by CTD/Rosette from 25 stations along the northwest Atlantic Ocean, from the Labrador shelf to northern Baffin Bay. Seawater physical properties measured by CTD are also provided for the depths at which bottle samples were collected.
