The elevated levels of interleukin (IL)-17A and activated microglia are pivotal factors contributing to the pathologic phenotypes in maternal immune activation (MIA), which results in neurodevelopmental disorders in the offspring. Nonetheless, the direct influence of IL-17A on microglia has not been entirely comprehended. Primary cultured mouse microglia were incubated with/without IL17-A and microRNA profiles were analyzed.
