Professional soccer player’s creatine kinase concentration from 20 matches of the Brazilian soccer championship.

We investigated individualized threshold values for creatine kinase (CK) monitoring. CK concentration was collected from 52 players between 24 to 48 hours after matches throughout six full seasons of the Brazilian soccer championship, each measurement is representative of a match played. The data shows CK concentration of 20 matches and respective elements of the 10th matches’ box plots (which were used to determine individualized reference thresholds), besides that, muscle overload detection was computed using individual upper limits as reference values and using a recommended group-based cutoff value of 1270 U/L . This data set can be used to draw conclusions about muscle overload.

本研究针对肌酸激酶（CK）监测的个体化阈值展开了探究。研究采集了巴西足球锦标赛六个完整赛季期间，52名球员在赛后24至48小时内的CK浓度数据，每一项测量结果均对应一场正式赛事。本数据集涵盖20场比赛的CK浓度数据，以及用于确定个体化参考阈值的第10场赛事的箱线图各组成指标；此外，研究分别以个体上限值作为参考标准，以及以推荐的群体截断值1270 U/L为参照，完成了肌肉超负荷检测工作。该数据集可用于推导与肌肉超负荷相关的研究结论。
