De Bruijn Graph Partitioning for Scalable and Accurate DNA Storage Processing; oligo references for synthetic datasets

These files contain the references for the oligos used in the synthetic data set tested in the paper : "De Bruijn Graph Partitioning for Scalable and Accurate DNA Storage Processing" These oligo have been generated from images from the project ConCluD https://gitlab.inria.fr/pim/org.pim.dnarxiv using paper_scripts/datasets/IM-1-10-100/img_to_oligos.py本文件集包含论文《德布鲁因图（De Bruijn Graph）分区用于可扩展且精准的DNA存储处理》中测试所用合成数据集的寡核苷酸（oligos）相关参考信息。 上述寡核苷酸源自项目ConCluD的图像数据，项目链接为https://gitlab.inria.fr/pim/org.pim.dnarxiv，并通过paper_scripts/datasets/IM-1-10-100/img_to_oligos.py脚本生成。
