Evaluation of different grow-out systems for oysters in Sweden

Aim: Evaluate different grow-out systems for oysters (<em>Ostrea edulis</em>). The data describes the evaluation of two systems; the commercial Aquapurse cages and a newly designed cylindrical metal cage system, for production of oysters in Sweden. Data includes growth and survival of oysters in different systems, measurements of fouling load as well as handling/robustness of the grow-out systems. Data originates from the Swedish west coast.研究目标：评估欧洲牡蛎（*Ostrea edulis*）的不同养成系统。本数据集针对瑞典牡蛎养殖场景，对两类养殖系统开展评估：商用Aquapurse养殖笼与全新设计的圆柱形金属养殖笼。数据集涵盖不同养殖系统下牡蛎的生长状况与存活率、污损生物负载测量结果，以及各养成系统的操作便利性与结构稳健性。所有数据均采集自瑞典西海岸海域。
