Mining of Small Peptide Fragments in Foxtail Millet Involved in Salt Stress Response

Using high-resolution mass spectrometry, peptide profiles in the roots of foxtail millet seedlings subjected to salt stress at different time points were comprehensively analyzed. By integrating proteomic and peptidomic databases for annotation, this study aims to identify both novel small peptides and known functional peptides associated with salt stress response in foxtail millet.
