クラフトビールの定義

クラフトビール（地ビール）の定義は、全国地ビール醸造者協議会（JBA）が下記のように定めています。1．酒税法改正（1994年4月）以前から造られている大資本の大量生産のビールからは独立したビール造りを行っている。2．1回の仕込単位（麦汁の製造量）が20キロリットル以下の小規模な仕込みで行い、ブルワー（醸造者）が目の届く製造を行っている。3．伝統的な製法で製造しているか、あるいは地域の特産品などを原料とした個性あふれるビールを製造している。そして地域に根付いている。参考：全国地ビール醸造者協議会通常のビールと異なり、小さな醸造所で生産されている希少性の高いビールのことをクラフトビールといいます。通常のビールとの違いを下記にまとめているので、ぜひチェックしてみてください。
