The article consider cognitive aspects of Internet-communications and stated that in general cases the transfer of knowledge from the
author to the user accompanied by some loss of information, that is entropy. Determined approach to reducing information entropy – a
cognitive-oriented network resources that provide information about the authors of documentary information. The publication examines
the convergence of documentaries and cognitive oriented resource that is in the V. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine through the
organization of hypertext links between them.
