Data on multisystem inflammatory syndrome for 274 children from Poland

In order to perceive the emergence of MIS-C in Poland (central Europe), we have launched a national surveillance of inflammatory disorders in children (MultiOrgan Inflammatory Syndromes COVID Related Study, MOIS-CoR). Anonymized patients’ data were retrospectively and prospectively extracted from health records and collected through an online questionnaire developed for that purpose. Here we report: demographic data, clinical characteristics, laboratory parameters, treatment, and outcome for patients with MIS-C (according to the World Health Organization criteria), obtained from 03.04.2020 till 02.20.2021. Ethical approval was obtained from the Bioethics Committee at Wroclaw Medical University (CWN UMW BW: 313/2020).

为监测中欧波兰地区儿童多系统炎症综合征（MIS-C）的发病情况，我们启动了一项针对儿童炎症性疾病的全国性监测研究——新冠相关多器官炎症综合征研究（MultiOrgan Inflammatory Syndromes COVID Related Study，MOIS-CoR）。研究人员从医疗记录中回溯性与前瞻性提取匿名化患者数据，并通过专为该项目开发的在线问卷完成数据收集。本文报告了2020年4月3日至2021年2月20日期间，符合世界卫生组织（World Health Organization）诊断标准的MIS-C患者的人口统计学资料、临床特征、实验室检测指标、治疗方案及临床转归。本研究已获得弗罗茨瓦夫医科大学生物伦理委员会的伦理批准（CWN UMW BW: 313/2020）。
