INNODIA Small RNAseq Raw data

The dataset contains csv file (semicolon delimited) of raw small RNAseq data from the first INNODIA cohort (Targeted and Untargeted sequencing platforms) and from the second INNODIA cohort (Untargeted sequencing platform). Raw read counts in the Untargeted datasets were obtained through the GeneGlobe pipeline with the removal of PCR duplicates, while the HTG EdgeSeq parser was used for the quantification for the Targeted sequencing platform. Technical replicates are indicated as 'b' with the same Sample number.本数据集包含以分号分隔的CSV格式文件，涵盖首批INNODIA队列（采用靶向测序与非靶向测序双平台）以及第二批INNODIA队列（仅采用非靶向测序平台）的原始小RNA测序数据。非靶向测序数据集的原始读段计数通过GeneGlobe分析流程获得，该流程已完成PCR重复序列的去除；靶向测序平台的定量分析则采用HTG EdgeSeq解析工具完成。技术重复样本采用与对应样本一致的样本编号，并以后缀'b'进行标注。
