Viral and plasmid representative genomes and associated metadata generated from fecal metagenomic sequencing in the CS Baby Biome RCT. CS_Plasmid_Metadata.tsv: Metadata for plasmid representative genomes. CS_PTU_representatives.fa: Plasmid representative genomes (n=3,477) CS_Viral_Metadata.tsv: Metadata for viral representative genomes.
