Some data about the article "Fabrication of powder filler for brazing and evaluation of its brazing performance using planetary ball milling method"
The particle size of powder filler metal was analyzed by Malvern MS3000 laser diffraction particle size analyzer, and the measurement range was 0.01 μm ~ 3500 μm. The oxygen content of powder filler metal was measured by NOH-836 oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer. The melting characteristics of the filler metal powder were analyzed with a differential scanning calorimeter of NitZ-DSC214, and the temperature rise rate was 10 ℃/min. The morphology of powder filler metal was observed and analyzed by Merlin Compact 62-19 scanning electron microscope (SEM). The IICMST-100 universal electronic testing machine was used to test the shear strength level of the brazed joint at a shear rate of 0.1 mm/min.
