This is an excel file containing edaphic and microbial data describing soils from dairy operations across the United States. Sites are organized by state postal code, with a numerical qualifier for the instance of multiple field sites within Georgia. Relevant abbreviations: SIR, substrate induced respiration; C-min, carbon mineralization; qCO2, microbial metabolic quotient; DOC, dissolved organic carbon; POM, particulate organic matter.
