GenomesToFields 2017 Dataset

Data types in this directory tree are: hybrid agronomic and performance traits; inbred genotypic data; soil data and environmental data collected from the Genomes To Fields (G2F) project sites in the 2017 season. G2F has developed a living infrastructure of researchers across disciplines and a network of field phenotyping sites. During the 2017 growing season, G2F conducted experiments in over 15,000 plots across 32 unique locations with 26 Principal Investigators. The overall goal is leveraging these datasets to improve phenomic predictability and facilitate the development and deployment of tools and resources that help address fundamental problems of sustainable agricultural productivity.
