Raw mass spec files from differentially expressed proteins of Sydney rock oysters_spot 213

Tryptic peptides were analysed by reversed phase nanoflow liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) on an QExactive mass spectrometer (Thermo scientific, CA, USA). Samples represent differentially expressed proteins from two populations of Sydney rock oyster at ambient and elevated CO2 exposure.

采用产自美国加利福尼亚州赛默飞世尔科技（Thermo scientific）的QExactive质谱仪（QExactive mass spectrometer），通过反相纳流液相色谱-串联质谱（reversed phase nanoflow liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry，LC-MS/MS）对胰蛋白酶肽（tryptic peptides）进行分析。本次分析所用样本，即两个悉尼岩牡蛎（Sydney rock oyster）种群在环境二氧化碳与升高二氧化碳暴露条件下的差异表达蛋白质（differentially expressed proteins）。
