Mahanarva spectabilis Raw sequence reads

The goal of this study is to generate and publicly release raw Illumina RNA-Seq data from nymphs of the spittlebug Mahanarva spectabilis, a major agricultural pest affecting forage grasses. By providing high-quality transcriptomic sequencing reads from the nymphal stage, this dataset establishes a foundational resource for future gene expression analyses, functional annotation, and comparative transcriptomic studies. The availability of these data contributes to a better molecular understanding of developmental and physiological processes underlying nymphal adaptation and insect-plant interactions, supporting basic research and the development of sustainable pest management strategies.
