Reflexionen zu feldkompetenter Supervision mit klinisch tätigen MusiktherapeutInnen Reflections on Field Competent Supervision with clinically active music therapists

Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt feldspezifische Wissensbestände bereit für eine fachlich fundierte Supervision von Musiktherapeut*innen. Dabei werden sowohl die historische Entwicklung einer im 20. Jahrhundert neu entstandenen Profession im Gesundheitswesen, die Entwicklung erster supervisorischer Konzepte für Musiktherapie als auch Skizzierungen zum gegenwärtigen Feld der deutschen Musiktherapie dargestellt. Die Arbeit beschreibt anhand von 24 Items Aspekte musiktherapieprofessioneller Identitätsentwicklung und verweist auf das Konzept der 4E-Perspektiven auf Potenziale von Supervision im „Integrativen Verfahren“. The present work provides field-specific knowledge for a professionally grounded supervision of music therapists. The historical development of a new profession in the health care sector that emerged in the 20th century, the development of first supervisory concepts for music therapy as well as outlines of the current field of German music therapy are presented.
