This BioProject is part of an integrated multi-omics study investigating the systemic mechanisms by which Hong-Hua-Xiao-Yao Tablet (HHXYT) ameliorates Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) in rat models. This project specifically encompasses the transcriptome (RNA-seq) data generated from ovary, uterine, and hippocampal tissues of Control, Model (PMS), and HHXYT-treated groups (n=3 per group per tissue). Total RNA was extracted, libraries prepared using oligo(dT) enrichment and fragmentation, and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000. Data processing involved quality control (fastp), alignment (HiSat2), and differential gene expression analysis (|log2FC|>=1, Q<=0.05). This transcriptomic data complements other omics datasets within the overarching study, which includes 16S rRNA gene sequencing data characterizing the gut microbiota changes(PRJNA1306799,PRJNA1307211).
