Certificates of Disclosure

Description Certificates of Disclosure (COD) issued by the City of Cleveland Department of Building and Housing since 2015. A COD is required when transferring properties with structures in the City and typically includes historical issues concerning the property and/or the seller. Original fields (without the DW prefix) show the unmodified [ward/parcel/etc] as recorded in the source system at the time of collection. DW-prefixed fields are enhanced versions, standardized, validated, or enriched by the data warehouse for easier analysis.
