THE COMBINED EFFECT OF HYPOKINESIA AND A HIGH-FAT DIET ON THE HISTOSTRUCTURE OF THE PANCREAS

This article highlights the effects of hypokinesia (physical inactivity) combined with a high-fat diet on the histostructure and morphofunctional state of the pancreas. The analysis revealed that hypokinesia with fatty nutrition leads to fatty degeneration in the parenchyma, fibrotic processes in the stroma, a decrease in zymogen granules in acinar cells, and atrophy of the islet cells in the endocrine part. These changes reduce the secretory activity of the pancreas and cause a disruption of the overall metabolic balance.本研究揭示了体力活动不足（hypokinesia）联合高脂饮食对胰腺组织学结构及形态功能状态的影响。分析结果表明，伴随高脂营养的体力活动不足会引发胰腺实质组织脂肪变性、间质纤维化进程，同时导致腺泡细胞内酶原颗粒减少，以及内分泌部胰岛细胞萎缩。上述变化会降低胰腺的分泌活性，并引发整体代谢平衡紊乱。
