Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) meningioma samples. The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 methylation sites across the genome at single-nucleotide resolution. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the 64 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC Human Methylation Beadchip v1.0.
