TCReX: Physical Performance and Body Composition Characteristics of Premenopausal Women

This data set was generated to characterize physical performance and body composition in premenopausal women participating in a study investigating the anticarcinogenic effects of exercise in breast cancer survivorship. It includes standardized measurements of functional capacity, exercise performance, and body composition collected under controlled study conditions. Data were processed into structured participant-level variables for analysis of associations with exercise-induced systemic factors and in vitro breast cancer cell responses.
