Transcriptome analysis of two rapeseed (Brassica napus) cultivars under control and drought stress conditions

Transcriptome sequencing of two rapeseed (Brassica napus) cultivars with contrasting responses to drought stress, SLM046 (drought-tolerant) and Zarfam (drought-sensitive), was performed under non-stress and drought stress conditions to identify key drought-responsive genes and characterize the molecular network underlying tolerance to drought. Additionally, this study aimed to elucidate the role of regulatory genes involved in the drought stress response in rapeseed.
