BETA-FOR_SP7_Deadwood_Fruitbodies_2023_2024

We assessed the presence of fruit bodies on deadwood objects on all our "deadwood objects" (10 selected per plot) across all Beta4 plots (Bavarian Forest, Uniwald Sailershausen, Lübeck, Saarland, Hunsrück). The "deadwood objects" are the same that we sampled for microbial fungi and bacteria (dataset pending). The two datasets uploaded for this entry are 1) a csv with metadata and 2) a simplified community matrix which shows fruit bodies counts on each of the deadwood objects. In the Fall of 2023 the fruitbodies were assessed in the Bavarian Forest and in Sailershausen. In the Fall of 2024 the fruitbodies were assessed in Lübeck, Saarland, and Hunsrück.本研究对所有Beta4样地（巴伐利亚森林、Uniwald Sailershausen、吕贝克、萨尔州、洪斯吕克）内的“枯木样本”（每个样地选取10份）开展了子实体存在情况的调查。本次调查涉及的“枯木样本”与此前为采集微生物真菌与细菌所取样的样本完全一致，相关微生物数据集待公开。本条目上传的两份数据集分别为：1）包含元数据的逗号分隔值（CSV）文件；2）简化的群落矩阵，该矩阵展示了每份枯木样本上的子实体数量。2023年秋季，研究人员完成了巴伐利亚森林及Sailershausen地区的子实体调查；2024年秋季，则完成了吕贝克、萨尔州及洪斯吕克地区的子实体调查。
