This study was designed to identify NGS-derived transcriptomes (RNA-sequencing) of different cell populations (ILCs, T cells and DCs) isolated from the lamina propria of the intestine and from the thoracic duct. For the DC subset, CD11a WT and KO samples were used. Transcriptomic profile of migratory cells isolated from the thoracic duct and comparison to their tissue resident counterparts. This dataset includes CD11a KO dendritic cells from the small intestinal lamina propria and intestinal lymph nodes. These samples were prepared and sequenced alongside the samples in GSE160156.
