New registrations of alternative propulsion vehicles (FZ 28) in 2022

Through the notifications from the registration authorities in Germany, the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA) in the Central Vehicle Register (ZFZR) registers all newly registered vehicles in Germany. In addition to vehicle-related data, such as the brand, model series, fuel type, vehicle body, information on the holder and the registration process, such as the date of registration, will be transmitted.
In addition to the monthly new registrations, FZ 28 also presents new vehicles of the full year up to and including the reporting month in relation to the alternative types of electric (BEV), fuel cell (hydrogen), plug-in hybrid, hybrid, gas (liquid and natural gas) and hydrogen. Among other things, the characteristics of holder groups, brands, model series (Top 10), segments and federal states are shown.
