The microarray experiment was employed to evaluate the gene expressions in skin lesions of LP, hypertrophic LP (HLP), and healthy controls. To investigate the specific gene regulations in LP, microarray profiling was performed on RNA extracted from paraffin embedded skin biopsy samples obtained from patients with LP, hypertrophic LP (HLP), and healthy controls.
