资源简介:

The main objective of this project was to conduct a detailed analysis of EVs isolated from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum, as well as whole CSF, and plasma obtained from young, healthy individuals before and after a 90-minute run at 75-80% of their maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max). Regular physical activity is essential for overall health, regulation of the whole body energy metabolism, and proper brain function. During exercise, skeletal muscles and adipose tissue communicate with other vital organs, including brain, through the spectrum of heterogenous molecules, including myokines and adipokines, metabolites, lipids, and microRNAs. This complex molecular crosstalk helps the body maintain allostasis and possibly contributes to the exercise-enhanced neurogenesis and synaptic plasticity. The exact molecular patterns that mediate this communication are still largely unknown. This study aims to investigate lipidomic profiles of healthy adults before and after acute intensive endurance excercise to gain insight into the mechanisms of adaptive response to excercise.
