Rydin (2020) Cryptic interaction revisited from ecological networks: mosses as a key link between trees and hummingbirds. Functional Ecology. This entry contains a R script along with eight .csv files: (1) moss-tree-quali.csv - Qualitative data on moss-tree relationships.(2) moss-tree-quanti.csv - Quantitative data on moss-tree relationships.(3) moss-tree-excAp.csv - Qualitative data on moss-tree relationships excluding the least connected species (Aextoxicon punctatum).(4) moss-tree-excWt.csv - Qualitative data on moss-tree relationships excluding the most connected species (Weinmannia trichosperma).(5) new-nest-quali.csv - Qualitative data on moss-nest relationships for new nests.(6) new-nest-quanti.csv - Quantitative data on moss-nest relationships for new nests.(7) old-nest-quali.csv - Qualitative data on moss-nest relationships for old nests.(8) old-nest-quanti.csv - Quantitative data on moss-nest relationships for old nests.(9) indbasednwrk.csv - Individual-based network data. Rydin(2020)发表于《功能生态学(Functional Ecology)》的论文《从生态网络视角重新审视隐秘互作:苔藓作为树木与蜂鸟间的关键纽带》。 本数据集包含一份R脚本与八个.csv格式数据文件: (1) moss-tree-quali.csv:苔藓与树木互作的定性数据 (2) moss-tree-quanti.csv:苔藓与树木互作的定量数据 (3) moss-tree-excAp.csv:剔除连接度最低物种(Aextoxicon punctatum)后的苔藓与树木互作定性数据 (4) moss-tree-excWt.csv:剔除连接度最高物种(Weinmannia trichosperma)后的苔藓与树木互作定性数据 (5) new-nest-quali.csv:新建鸟巢与苔藓互作的定性数据 (6) new-nest-quanti.csv:新建鸟巢与苔藓互作的定量数据 (7) old-nest-quali.csv:老旧鸟巢与苔藓互作的定性数据 (8) old-nest-quanti.csv:老旧鸟巢与苔藓互作的定量数据 (9) indbasednwrk.csv:基于个体的网络数据 本数据集内的数据可自由使用,唯一使用条件为需同时引用原始论文与本数据集条目: 原始数据来源:Fontúrbel, F.E.、F.
