Albstadt (Onstmettingen) — Building Plan Change On Lauen

The development plan (binding building plan) is developed from the land use plan. In it, the presentations of the land use plan are concretised in detail. For example, from a residential area shown in the land use plan, both a pure and a general residential area can be developed. The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order and thus creates the conditions for the buildability of land. These options are finally regulated in the Building Code and can only be applied for urban planning reasons.
