Database of cytochrome oxidase I (COI) sequences with focus on Actinopterygii identification

These files (sequences and taxonomy) were derived from the BOLD (https://boldsystems.org/) and NCBI-GenBank (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/) databases. Actinopterygii sequences were manually curated (filtered) to remove those with an incorrect annotation. The database contains Metazoa sequences from BOLD public release, which were not filtered or revised, but are included because it is a good idea to be able to identify non-target species in metabarcoding data.本数据集包含的序列与分类学文件均源自生命条形码数据系统（BOLD，https://boldsystems.org/）与美国国家生物技术信息中心基因银行（NCBI-GenBank，https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/）数据库。 辐鳍鱼纲（Actinopterygii）的序列已经过人工审核（筛选），以移除注释有误的序列。本数据库收录了来自BOLD公开版本的后生动物（Metazoa）序列，这些序列未经过筛选或修正，但仍被纳入数据集，原因是在宏条形码（metabarcoding）数据分析中，能够识别非目标物种具有重要意义。
