MAV-MCC LHCb Request #80 Frozen Protocol Result: Primary P99 Criterion Not Met with Positive LOW-Gate Polarity

This record reports the result of applying the pre-published MAV-MCC 4S+4T LHCb Request #80 frozen protocol to the #80 real-production ROOT outputs. The frozen protocol was published before #80 ROOT output availability at: 10.5281/zenodo.21262302 The primary frozen criterion was not met. The observed score was: S_LOW = +0.00682029 while the frozen P99 null threshold was: P99(null) = 0.01941705 Therefore the primary frozen PASS criterion is not satisfied. The result is directionally positive: S_LOW > 0, and the LOW-gate polarity is stable across both magnet polarities and all four real-production files. However, the amplitude is insufficient for a P99-level primary claim. This record does not claim matter-generation proof, theorem-grade validation, or a post-output modification of the frozen protocol.
