Record of Protected Structures South Dublin County Development Plan 2022 to 2028

<font size=‘4’>The Planning and
Development Acts, as amended, require a Record of Protected Structures (RPS) to
be included within County Development Plans. Where a structure is protected
under the RPS the protection includes (unless otherwise stated), its interior
and the land within its curtilage and other structures within that curtilage
(including their Interiors) and all fixtures and features which form part of
the interior or Exterior of all these structures. </FONT>
