Training dataset for TotalSegmentator task "pleural_pericard_effusion"

The training dataset (CT images + manual segmentations) for the TotalSegmentator task "pleural_pericard_effusion". It contains segmentation of pleural and pericardial effusion" in 600 cases. The dataset is in the nnU-Net (v2) format (Nifti images).本数据集为TotalSegmentator任务“胸膜心包积液（pleural_pericard_effusion）”的训练集，包含计算机断层扫描（CT）图像与手动分割掩码两类数据。该数据集涵盖600例病例的胸膜与心包积液分割标注，且采用nnU-Net（v2）格式存储，数据格式为NIfTI图像。
