Single-Cell Transcriptome Analysis of the Mouse Lungs during the Injury and Recovery Periods after Lipopolysaccharide Administration (PRJCA023508)

Acute lung injury (ALI), one of the most common critical illnesses, still has no effective pharmacological treatments. Exploring the cellular and molecular alterations during the injury and recovery periods is crucial for developing effective treatments that specifically act on ALI targets. Therefore, we performed a single-cell transcriptome analysis of the alveoli tissues at the injury and recovery periods of LPS-induced ALI mice in an unbiased way.
