Tumor cell-intrinsic Decr2 regulates ferroptosis and immunotherapy efficacy

We employed a single-cell sequencing approach to analyze CD45+ cells from control and Decr2 knockdown tumors isolated from B6 mice. The aim of this study is to assess the proportion of CD45+ cell populations within the tumor microenvironment and to compare differential gene expression between the two groups across various cell populations. Control or knockdown B16.SIY tumors were subcutaneously injected into B6 mice. Tumor tissues were collected and processed from the mice on day 14 post-injection. Live CD45+ cells were sorted from the tumor tissue and analyzed using scRNA-seq.
