Landscape of Bone Marrow Metastasis in Human Neuroblastoma Unraveled by Transcriptomics and Deep Multiplex Imaging

MELC (Multi-epitope ligand cartography) multiplex imaging data of our neuroblastoma cohort supporting the publication " Landscape of Bone Marrow Metastasis in Human Neuroblastoma Unraveled by Transcriptomics and Deep Multiplex Imaging". The zip folders contain raw image data of one to four fields of view (FoV). The folder "RoI" contains the masks of user-selected regions. "marker_status.csv" is used for normalization with RESTORE.本数据集为我们的神经母细胞瘤队列的多表位配体图谱（Multi-epitope ligand cartography, MELC）多重成像数据，用于支撑发表于论文《通过转录组学与深度多重成像揭示的人类神经母细胞瘤骨髓转移全景》的研究。压缩包文件夹内含1至4个视野（Field of View, FoV）的原始图像数据。名为“RoI”的文件夹存储用户选定区域的掩膜。“marker_status.csv”文件可用于结合RESTORE工具进行归一化处理。
