Ropebwt indices

This repository provides BWTs of two large datasets in the ropebwt3 format: human100: 100 human haplotype assemblies (~300Gb on one strand) CommonBacteria: a subset of AllTheBacteria v0.2, excluding genomes in the "dustbin" and the "unknown" categories (~7.3Tb on one strand) BWTs here include both the forward and the reverse complement strands.本仓库提供了两个采用ropebwt3格式存储的大型数据集的Burrows-Wheeler变换（Burrows-Wheeler Transform，以下简称BWT）： human100：包含100个人类单倍型组装序列，单链数据规模约300Gb CommonBacteria：为AllTheBacteria v0.2的子集，剔除了归类于“垃圾箱”与“未知”类别的基因组，单链数据规模约7.3Tb 本次提供的BWT同时覆盖正向链与反向互补链。
