Brownfield Site Assessment and Clean Up (BSAC)

The Brownfield Inventory is a comprehensive database that tracks properties identified as brownfields, which are underutilized or abandoned sites with potential environmental contamination. These locations are classified as "Assessed" in which are confirmed brownfield locations identified by OEQS. The inventory records details such as site locations, ownership, historical uses, contamination types, and cleanup phases. It serves as a critical tool for managing remediation efforts, securing funding, and prioritizing redevelopment projects to transform these sites into productive community assets.
