MAG annotations cat fecal microbiome BMC Data Note

List of the MAGs obtained from cat fecal microbiomes using Hi-C proximity ligation (Phase Genomics). This spreadsheet includes their taxonomy, NCBI accession, and levels of completeness and contamination. This is part of a dataset that was submitted to BMC Research Notes as a Data Note. The genomic data (Hi-C sequences, metagenome assembly contigs, and MAGs) is also part of this dataset and is available from NCBI.
