Based on the data analysis of public drug screening database, we have identified that MRCK inhibitors are effective to triple negative breast cancer. We have also verified the effects of MRCK inhibitor, BDP-9066 in vitro and in vivo. To further study the underlying mechanism of MRCK inhibitors, we treated BT549 cells with BDP-9066 for 8 and 16 hours and subject them to RNA sequencing.
