“Soil estimation” means the smallest unit of a floor-estimated area according to the Soil Estimated Act for which a yield capacity in the real estate register is to be demonstrated (soil estimation area). ‘Culture species’ means the type of agricultural use determined in force, which contains the differentiation in arable land (A), arable grassland (AGr), grassland (Gr), grassland arable (Gr).
Soil species are differentiated in accordance with the implementing provisions of the Soil Estimation Act.

The state level or ground level can be guided. The type of origin or climate/water conditions can be guided. The number of land or grassland number can be managed. The number of arables or grassland numbers can be managed. Other indications of the land estimated area may be provided. The “annual number” in which the new or partial culture was created can be managed.
