BioPropaPhen and BioPropaPhenKG

This repository contains: The BioPropaPhen ontology created from PropaPhen, being specialized with UMLS and World Knowledge Graph ontologies; A neo4j 4.4.3 dump file of the BioPropaPhenKG knowledge graph; Csv spreadsheets to build the graph from scratch; A list of commands to instantiate the graph with docker and set the appropriate class names; COVID-data relationship csv for experimenting with W.H.O. spatio-temporal data本数据集仓库包含以下内容： BioPropaPhen本体（BioPropaPhen ontology）基于PropaPhen构建，并通过统一医学语言系统（UMLS）与世界知识图谱（World Knowledge Graph）本体完成专业化定制； BioPropaPhenKG知识图谱的Neo4j 4.4.3版本数据库转储文件； 可从零搭建该知识图谱的CSV电子表格集； 用于通过Docker容器实例化该图谱并配置对应类名的命令列表； 用于开展世界卫生组织（W.H.O.）时空数据实验的COVID数据关联关系CSV文件
