采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间串联质谱(MALDI-TOF-TOF)鉴定的‘楚伊’沙棘(H. rhamnoides cv. ‘Chuisk’)响应低温胁迫的蛋白质总览,对应表S1B。采用MALDI-TOF-TOF鉴定的‘楚伊’沙棘响应低温胁迫的蛋白质详细信息,对应表S2。采用GOEAST工具并以拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)同源基因为参照得到的低温胁迫下基因本体(Gene Ontology,GO)富集条目,对应表S3。低温胁迫下蛋白斑点对应的京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)通路,对应表S4。用于通过逆转录实时荧光定量PCR(reverse real-time PCR)检测基因表达的引物序列,对应表S4。所有数据均存储于大小为171KB的XLS格式文件中。
