Municipal Plan Bergen 2018

The municipal plan’s area-use component (KPA) 2018-2030 will provide a framework for future land use and consists of planning maps, provisions and plan descriptions. The land use component of the municipal plan shall specify the main features of land use and the framework and conditions for new measures and new land use. It shall also indicate which considerations must be taken into account when disposing of the land.本2018-2030年城市规划用地组成部分（KPA）将为未来土地利用（land use）提供顶层框架，其内容涵盖规划图纸、相关规定及规划说明文本。城市规划的土地利用组成部分需明确土地利用的核心特征，以及新增开发举措与新增土地利用的实施框架与约束条件，同时还应列明土地处置过程中必须纳入考量的各项因素。
