BT-549 cells (5× 10^7) were treated with hypoxia treatment for 2 h. An immunoprecipitation assay was performed using anti-cGAS or anti-PCK1 antibody, and immunoprecipitates of cGAS or PCK1 were separated using SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue. Selected peptide hits of proteins associated with cGAS.
