Health institutions carrying out transplantation activities

The register of medical establishments carrying out transplantation activities is kept by the IAMN, in accordance with the ZTOTC and Article 5 of Regulation No 21 of 3 May 2007 on the circumstances and data to be entered in the registers of the Executive Agency for Medical Supervision, the procedure for entering and using the information. The register shall contain: Name of LZ, settlement, LZ address, phone, e-mail, site of LZ, Manager of LZ, Type of authorised activities.
